Under the theme "SAFETY THROUGH CLEANLINESS", Technical experts will meet for the 10th Technical Cleanliness Conference in Assembly and Production Processes on the 15 and 16 May 2019 in Berlin.
Once again this year, Pall will be present at our stand #03 to present the latest developments in the field of component cleaning management and monitoring, showcasing a number of process monitoring products, our new PCC (Pall Cleanliness Cabinet) platform and several innovative process filters.
Often barely visible particles are the cause of system failures in the automotive and mechanical engineering production chain. More and more companies are therefore concerned with technical cleanliness. With nearly 200 participants and more than 20 exhibitors, the congress has become a leading platform for technical cleanliness issues and an excellent forum to inform and exchange information about the problem of particulate contamination on sensitive components.
Please visit us at our stand (stand 03) to see these innovations! We look forward to meeting you.
Join us at Parts2Clean 2018, the cleanest environment for great deals!
Wherever industrial parts are manufactured or processed, parts cleaning technology is critical for the successful outcome of downstream manufacturing processes, and for the quality of the finished product.

Managing Fluid and Lubricant Contamination
This conference will confirm the importance of minimising hydraulic fluid and lubricant contamination and how recent developments may be changing our appreciation of what constitutes ‘cleanliness’.
Subjects scheduled for discussion include contaminant formation, varnish – an increasing problem in major applications, developments in test methods for assessing fluid and lubricant cleanliness, changes to the classification of cleanliness, the control of fluid cleanliness and contamination by air, water and particulates and case studies of problems associated with cleanliness and contamination.
This conference will confirm the importance of minimising hydraulic fluid and lubricant contamination and how recent developments may be changing our appreciation of what constitutes ‘cleanliness’. Pall's Keith Webb will present two technical papers during this event. At 2.00pm on Monday 10th September he will present a paper entitled "The Formation and Impact of Varnish in Oil Lubrication Systems" - a problem that is ever increasing in industry but can, by taking the correct action, be kept under control.
Then on Tuesday 11th September, 11.30am, he will consider the case for “Driving uptime improvement and cost-reduction by moving to a predictive maintenance approach”, specifically considering the use of predictive analytics in fluid and filter management. Additionally Keith and colleagues will be on hand to answer questions from the conference exhibition area throughout this prestigeous two day event.
For more than 30 years, Quebec’s most comprehensive manufacturing event has been held in Montreal. The Montreal Manufacturing Technology Show (MMTS) brings together key industries including Aerospace, Transportation, Furniture & Fixtures, Agri-Food and Energy.
The event showcases technology and process innovations in Machine Tools and Tooling, Metalworking and Advanced Manufacturing solutions including Automation, Design, and Additive Manufacturing. MMTS provides the tools to ensure Quebec’s manufacturers increase productivity, quality and improve their global competitiveness.
At this year’s show, Pall will showcase its latest hydraulic and lube oil filters and component cleanliness technologies. As fluid systems become more sophisticated and less tolerant to dirt, controlling and measuring cleanliness has become a vital part of the manufacturing process.
Please stop by booth #374 to discuss your challenges. Our technical team will be on hand to answer your filtration and cleanliness control questions.
