Efficient Skid Filtration – Amine & Benfield

Our versatile and cost-effective mobile filter skid is the perfect solution for efficient solid contamination removal and depollution.

Break Up Hard-to-Handle Emulsions and Dispersions

The mobile filter skid system efficiently removes harmful solids to protect and extend equipment life and maximize glycol and amine systems' effectiveness.

This state-of-the-art mobile filter skid has a total inventory of about 2000 and can reduce solid particulates to below 3 ppm from over 236 ppm, making it an industry leader. The unit can be connected to the process for the duration of the depollution/ filtration and disconnected once it meets cleanliness requirements, or until a permanent solution is found, making it versatile and a go-to temporary solution for various skid filtration processes.

You can utilize the versatile filter skid in various ranges of filter cartridges. There are, for example, the 15 and 10 Nexis® High Flow filter cartridges and the 10 and 4.5-micron Ultipleat® High Flow filter cartridges that can achieve the level of cleanliness required.

The filter skid comes equipped with absolute-rated high-flow filter cartridges, the performance of which is validated and reproducible. This filter skid is an efficient and cost-effective solution to help plants recover stable operation of their unit. Most importantly, the depollution can be made online and does not require unit shutdown.

Operating Conditions

The mobile filter skid is operable with a nominal flow rate of over 58 with solvent temperatures over 75OC and line pressure of over 6.5 Bar g, making it an ideal solution for application in the petrochemical industry for long and short-term solid removal needs. Below is a simple schematic of the skid and how it may fit into a main line.
